Directly in the city center of Svidník, in the pedestrian zone, there is a café, whose name reminds Italy, rather than the picturesque east of Slovakia. And yet it has been here for a long time. Well, it´s been nearly twenty years, and it is linked with the name of the café, along with a whole new look and assortment, which were given it by the owner. Venti 20 (Venti is twenty in Italian) is definitely a place that becomes your favourite.
The café is furnished in a slightly industrial style. Inside, there is a concrete floor, wooden tiles and mirror walls, it makes the space optically larger and more airy. From the former coffee shop only original chairs remained there, which fit in perfectly after the renovation of Venti 20. The interior was designed by the assistance of the architects from the A2š studio. On the walls can be seen the reproductions of paintings from the representative of Kosice Modern, Gejza Schiller, which are the owners´ favourite ones.
Cakes and coffee are the verified classic of the coffee lovers. The owner chose a balanced mixture of twelve different Arabicas from Bazzara brand. Choosing the right coffee was very important to the owner because coffee and its fragrance were the driving force of deciding to start this type of business.
